The California Highway Patrol Red Bluff Area is proud to serve Tehama County by providing safety, service, and security to thousands of residents, commuters, and tourists each day. As part of the CHP's Northern Division, we patrol Interstate 5, State Route 99, State Route 36, and over 1000 miles of unincorporated county roadways. We work hard to serve the 63,000 residents of Tehama County every day. We are committed to safety and public service. Remember - always buckle up, don’t drive distracted, and don’t hesitate to designate a sober driver!

Tehama County Police Activities League (PAL)
“Tehama County PAL is a youth crime prevention program that includes educational, athletic, and other recreational activities. Tehama County PAL is more than a program. It is a philosophy of fair play and good sportsmanship, which promotes a positive relationship among law enforcement, the community and our youth.
The PAL Mentoring Program’s objective is to further personal growth and development through social and emotional skills for the youth of Tehama County.”
